Two great friends of ours have set off to tackle the Andes Mountains on their bikes. A few weeks ago the duo landed in Buenos Aires and are making their way to Lake Titicaca. You can keep up with them here as they make their way north towards Bolivia.

Took this photo of a Bare Throated Tiger Heron, who was hanging out on the inside of a sweet left point break we surfed on the inside of the Nicoya pennisula. Good stuff. Click on it, it gets bigger.
